Q. How do I manage my domains

Go to http://domains.uacinfotech.com.au
Click Login
enter your user ID and password and click the login button

Q. How do I recover my login details

A If you don't have these details please contact us and after verification we will send these to the current registrant email address.

Q. How do I recover my password

A. Go to http://domains.uacinfotech.com.au
Click login
Find the text below and click the link
Have you forgotten your password?
Click here to recover it.
On the following page enter your username or domain name and click recover password.
The login password will be sent to the current registrants email address.

Q. How do I renew my domain

A. Go to http://domains.uacinfotech.com.au
Click Login
enter your user ID and password.

enter the domain name you would like to renew and click submit or click view all domains.
To change the length of registration click the change link under Change renewal period
enter your credit card details at the payment screen.

Q. How do I update my Nameserver details

Log into your account at domains.uacinfotech.com.au
If you log in with just your domain name and password you will be presented with the form to view and update your name servers.
If you log in with a client username / password, search for the domain name then next to it from the drop down menu 'Edit Options' choose 'Edit Domain Name'
In either case your domain will be updated in the relevant registry

Q. How do I check my mail via web browser?Note: Your email account must be a pop account to check via our web servers. If you email address is forwarded to your ISP's email account you will need to check via your ISP.

1. Launch your web browser eg Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc
2. In the address box type your mail server address e.g http://mail.yourdomain.com
3. You will be presented with the following screen

a. Squirrelmail or IMP mail client
5. Enter in your full email address and password
6. Then click login
